SPOKANE, Wash. (July 15, 2015) — One sunny afternoon, two interns went to three Spokane eateries in search of items to stump the best Inlander foodies. They brought back three deliciously cheap meals to the second floor of theInlander building in Kendall Yards, and challenged Mike Bookey and Laura Regester’s knowledge of this local fare.
They sat them down in a meeting room, blindfolded them, and pressed record. Who will be the best at determining the restaurant of origin and price of these foods?
